Kelly Hu might not be a household name in Asia, but looking at her latest pictures from a recent lingerie photoshoot she did for Maxim magazine, she certainly should be! Kelly is actually a fourth-generation American with Chinese-Filipino-Hawaiian ancestry. Many of you will remember Kelly for her role in The Scorpion King, which made her recognizable throughout Hollywood. In addition to her gorgeous face and stunning physique, Kelly has great martial arts skills. Considering that she has a black belt in Karate, you won't find many guys who'd want to mess with her!
Born February 13, 1968, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Kelly is a great example of an actress who worked incredibly hard to become a success in Hollywood. She had an unhappy childhood with her mother and an estranged brother. Her father left the poor family when she was only six! She didn't have any big breaks early in her career to get things kick-started, instead her career had a bit of rocky start. However, her talent and resilience carrid her through all the difficulities. Good for you Kelly!
