Hip-hop Singer Yoon Mi Rae Returns to Korean Music Scene

Korean-American hip-hop and R&B singer Yoon Mi Rae (also known as Natasha Shanta Reid or T ) is currently busy with her next album which is set to be released in October. Born from an African-American father and a Korean mother in 1981, Yoon posseses a certain talent to interpret R&B, and most of her songs contain both English and Korea lyrics.

With her first solo album as T, Yoon Mi Rae has proven herself as a great R&B singer. (She was previously in a hip-hop group Uptown and Tashani.) She has done a great job of relaxing her image a little bit from the extreme hard to a softer and smoother style in her 2nd album Gemini. 'Gemini' in Greek Mythology were twin goddesses who were extreme opposites of each other, which implies Tasha's new album is a contrast to her old style and rhythm.
