SHINee's Music Video Most-watched on Youtube

Korean idol group SHINee 's music video for their new single "Ring Ding Dong" was the most-watched video on Youtube this month, according to their agency on Friday. The Korean boy band's music video received approximately one million hits on the popular video sharing site since releasing a new mini-album on October 22, SM Entertainment said in a press release.

Statistics released by Youtube Korea also showed that the music video for "Ring", the title song from their third mini-album "2009, Of Us", was ranked first on the "most watched video" for the month of October.

The music video officially recorded over 747,292 hits on the website as of October 30, but including the videos fans have posted separately, the total number of views for "Ring" is estimated to stand at over 1 million.

It was also topped the "Most Talked About Video" chart with 3,844 comments.

The album "2009" has been atop various album sales charts in Korea and weekly music charts on Internet music sites including Dosirak.

SHINee, one of the most popular idol groups in Korea, has had several K-pop hits, most notably their debut single "Older Girl, You're So Pretty" and the recent chart topper "Juliette" earlier this year.
