Zhang Ziyi's Fiance Seen Getting Cosy with British Socialite

Zhang Ziyi ’s fiancé, Vivi Nevo, has been seen openly with another female companion, despite being engaged to the Chinese actress. Zhang met the Israeli billionaire in 2007 and since then, the two have been inseparable and were engaged since March last year.

However, the couple’s relationship was recently put under the spotlight after Vivi was seen with another woman.

At the premiere of documentary film "The September Issue" held in New York last month, Vivi was seen attending the event with Vogue magazine's fashion director and British socialite, Tabitha Simmons.

When asked to pose for photographs, the pair willingly obliged with Vivi’s arm around her waist, foreign media reported.

The two were also seen together last Sunday at the opening of The Boom Boom Room hotel where they remained close while partying with other guests.

Rumours began circulating this year that Zhang and Vivi’s relationship was in trouble after the "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" actress was spotted without her engagement ring during an interview. And the couple's announcement to postpone their July wedding which was supposed to take place in an offshore Italian island, only fuelled speculation.

The 30-year-old Chinese actress has been pushing Vivi, 44, for marriage but he was not willing to settle down yet. Apparently, an upset Zhang returned to Beijing to calm down, prompting rumours that the pair had split.

She remains in Beijing where she has just completed promotional work for her new movie, the romantic comedy, "Sophie’s Revenge".
