Qian Lin was born 11 March 1991 in Hangzhou, China. Qian Lin is also better known in Japan as Lin Lin, is one of the two latest members of all-girl J-pop group Morning Musume.
Qian Lin was announced to be joining as the eighth generation of Morning Musume on 15 March 2007. She is one of the two members in the history of Morning Musume who are not of Japanese origins (the other being Li Chun).
