Selina Ren is thought to be the sweetest among the three girls of S.H.E., which is arguably the most famous girl group in the Mandarin pop community. Her favourite singers include A-Mei, Coco Lee, David Tao and Kit Chan.
Back in year 2000, all 3 girls of S.H.E. took part in a talent quest organized by HIM International Records in Taiwan, the "Universal 2000 Talent and Beauty Girl Contest". Selina Ren emerged as winner, and together with Hebe and Ella, they were selected to form a girls group, which is the famous S.H.E. we have today.
