Toro Guo Wei Yun, born Alvan Guo Yi Jun on 2 October 1981, better known only as Toro, is a Taiwanese singer and member of the boy band Typhoon and an ex-member of dance group Energy. He is named Toro because the hanyu pinyin of his chinese name "Wei Yun" sounds like "Wei Yu", which is Toro in Japanese.
He first found fame in Energy and is well known for his song writing talent. Till date, he has written many songs for artistes like Edison Chen, and boyband 5566 and K One. Currently, he pens lyrics for fellow artistes and is working on 3 novels leisurely.
