Vanness Wu was born in Santa Monica of Los Angles in California, United States of America. Not only is he a member of Taiwanese boyband JVKV (formerly known as F4), he has also released three solo albums, and collaborated with Korean star Kangta to produce one album, "Scandal". He has also been featured on singles by Beyonce and Coco Lee. On top of his singing career, he hosted the MTV Asia Awards alongside international star Michelle Branch. With rising fame, he has starred in movies such as "Kung Fu Chefs" and "Resurrection of the Dragon". Along with his buddies of JVKV, he has endorsed products such as Pepsi, Yamaha, and Lenovo Computer.
Being a Protestant makes Vanness Wu Jian Hao the only non-Buddhist member of F4. He likes collecting Japanese dolls, as well as jogging and playing basketball.
